(50 – 45) So admonish with the Qur'an such as fear My Warning! |
This Surah begins with an oath by the letter “Qaf” and by the glorious Holy Quran which is formed with such a letter. It is moreover the first letter in the word ‘Quran’. But they wonder that there has come to them a Warner from amongst themselves. There is no wonder in this matter. It is a normal thing accepted with ease and welcome by the sound nature. It is a normal thing that Allah chooses someone from among the people themselves who feels what they feel, speaks their own language, takes part in their lives and activities, realises their motivations and attractions and knows their abilities and endurance, and, so sends him to warn them of what is awaiting them. If they keep doing what they are doing, teach them how to follow the right path and show them their duties, responsibilities and the obligations of the new religion while he is among them and the first one to follow the orders and fulfils these obligations. They were surprised at the message itself and were particularly surprised when the Warner told to them about resurrection which is considered a main pillar in the Islamic creed it is a base on which this creed is founded and the overall conception of the pre-requisites of this creed as well. A Muslim is required to adhere to truth and righteousness, to push evil away. He is also required to support goodness so as to put an end to wickedness and to make all his activities on earth comprising of Allah’s worship by directing them solely to Him and there must be a reward for one’s work. This reward might not be fulfilled in the journey on earth and that’s postponed to the final account after the end of the whole journey. Read More... |

| Apprehensiveness
Apprehensiveness accordingly is fear attached with knowledge. Prophet Mohammad (saw) said “I am the most conscious and apprehensive of Allah among you”.
| Envy & Permanent Distress
Allah controls all affairs according to His own will not in accordance with the envious person’s wishes and Allah never responds to the desires of those unjustifiably bear grudges. So Allah leaves them in their turmoil. Contemplate what one of the wise men said: ‘An envious person carries the sword against his Lord in five ways. Firstly he resents any blessing another person has secondly, he objects to the Lord’s distribution of blessings, thirdly, he does the opposite of what Allah does: Allah gives His blessings to whomsoever He wants while he withholds the blessing. Fourthly, he leaves the servants of the Lord in the lurch, wants to do so or wishes for the blessing to be plucked from them. Fifthly, he supports Allah’s enemy, Iblis (Satan).
| Good deeds
It was narrated that ‘Aa’ishah said: The Messenger of Allaah (saws) said: “O people, you should do whatever good deeds you can, for Allaah does not get tired (of giving reward) until you get tired. And the most beloved of good deeds to Allaah is that in which a person persists, even if it is little. If the family of Muhammad (saws) started to do something, they would persist in it.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 43; Muslim, 782).
